CREDIT APPROVALS
We can do Credit Checks on new and existing customers. We have all Credit Reporting services - USA and Canada, Consumer and Commercial on our computers, pull reports, check references, consult with our own contacts in the field, then Fax you a qualified opinion to go ahead, be careful, or avoid this one! And, If you don't have a good solid credit application or other forms, we can customize some of our proven models for you.

COLLECTION FOLLOW-UP
We can do all the telephone work required to keep your accounts up-to-date. We update a copy of the A/R Trial Balance each day or go directly on-line with your office, and call the accounts that are sliding toward 30 days overdue and those that are already overdue. We stay on top of them until thay are paid - or moved to another class of collection activity.

TOUGH COLLECTIONS
Sure, we can look after them as your Credit Department, or as your Collection Agency (we are also licensed and bonded for B.C.), and we can work with you lawyers or ours. The idea is to get those bad accounts under quick control and into a positive collection program !

LIENS AND THINGS LIKE THAT
Once in a while a project will go sour and you're left wondering if you'll get paid. Sometimes you need an agent to place a Claim of Lien - and we can be your agent. As your agent we can follow through with communication to the project owner and negotiate a solution to the lien problem. We are "online" with BC Government records and do Address and Land Title searches, check for assets and encumbrances under PPSA, do company searches - get Officer and Director names - all to help get those liens in place for you
